You might try reaching out to some of the people on the twitch stream for more info. Seems very much like noise festivals in that it's a very tiny community.

Is that the same festival though? bent//broken seems to be current, but is in Pennsylvania, whereas bentfest was 15+ years ago and in New York.

I don't know. Maybe it's connected, maybe it isn't, I bet reaching out to those people on Twitch might be more helpful than an ancient KVR nekro-thread though.
