I'm not too sure if it's too late to enroll, but Coursera.org is offering a free online class for Music Production by Berklee College of Music. Class started Oct 14, but I was still able to enroll 2 days ago, so might not be too late for any of you who are interested. So far a great class, you can even download all the lecture videos for later offline viewing. :)

I took this course earlier on this year, I think that in february. A bit introdutory, but with a lot of useful information.

There's some nice music related courses going on on coursera.

A course about jazz improvisation (by Berklee):

A course on songwriting (Berklee too):

And a course about Chuck (California Institute of the Arts):

Yes I saw those as well Waltercruz, thanks for adding on! For a bit of a noob like myself, I like that this course is introductory. :)

So far it's great, can't beat that it's free. I like the layout of the class and the teacher is very detailed. Great stuff!

this course is very nice. The part when he explain that several effects derivates from a simple delay effect is amazing.
