Interesting...am going to try if I have the issue too when I get home.

If this happens to every user Waldorf should probably do a calibration after an OS update (or at least update the procedure so a user does it).

the problem is away

and btw. it sounds now a lot "warmer"

overall improvement - even the midi through bug is away now

I am working on an editor for the Pulse 2 that allows to browse the Pulse 2 patches inside a midi file (or sysex file). They can then be sent individually to the edit buffer, without overwritting any patches on the Pulse 2.

This project is still alpha but if somebody is interested in testing it, just e-mail me...

There is a filter tuning option in the Utility menu. Aparently it is generally required after any OS update. Unfortunately I was too keen to tweak that I forgot to read the friggon manual

Also, just in case anyone needs to do the filter tuning, TURN DOWN YOUR SPEAKERS!! it's loud!

Yes, it should work with OSX as well (10.6 or above). I need a few days to package the program and write the installation instructions. I'll send you an e-mail then if it is okay with you.

It is a standalone editor, not (yet) a librarian. And it is meant to be run on OSX as well, even if my previous releases are Windows only.

Got my Pulse 2 a few days ago but didn't get a real chance to play it until tonight. I've gone through a few dozen presets so far and the sound is just amazing! Go Waldorf!

I'm running it through a Behringer em600 delay pedal which I got just for the purpose of having a quick hands-on delay option - and which I think is actually quite nice for the price - but now that I read about the possible fx board here I'm going nuts
