if you read it then you'll know why... based on that post about being frustrated w/the way the music industry is and the world is.. it might enlighten you.. and it's funny.

but regarding writing your own music and ignoring trends.. it's the only way to be satisfied artistically in my opinion.

you have to find your own voice

I did , im not big fans of him but i do cause the guys is really good ,the problem is that i find sad that somoen like hardwell or martin garrix can be on the top ,cant compare them with armin or carl cox or deadmau5 or... i mean huge difference but big labels are doing what they want they manipulate people to listen to kids.

I'm no expert at the kind of music you make, but I enjoyed what I listened to.

Make the music you want to hear. If someone gives you a suggestion and you think it helps, take it. Otherwise, don't worry about it.

When you use sites like facebook, don't post too frequently and always be very careful in how you communicate. If you choose your words carefully and speak thoughtfully, you will get a more positive response. There are books and seminars about using those websites. You should look for one.

Lastly, I really admire how much English you speak. It's more than I speak of any other language besides my own. But with facebook and other sites, usually people read your words before they hear your music. So with that in mind, if I were you I would dedicate all my time to promoting myself in French. Millions and millions speak French. Speak meaningfully to them and they might help you spread your music around the world! Good luck!!!
If every KVR member wrote one review a year we'd have 1340 reviews each day!

Go out, meet real people, play on parties, festivals, clubs, radio, TV, etc. Once people got to hear you and see you live it's a different story and your anonymous Internet presence has personality where people can connect to and say "I've seen him/her live!". Until then you're just someone on the net.

So whats wrong with that? its called "paying your dues" in the UK. If you rock it in the bar you'll get into the clubs. I played at Montemarte back in 97. Took lots of smaller shows to get there.

Really, there are so many DJs in France?

In Bavaria there's a DJ in every medium-sized farmhouse, at least someone who calls himself DJ and plays the usual mainstream sh***t... :x

Post

yes a lot of bad djs :) guys like to have feedback on my track if possible from you cause i need to do some isolation in my idea to make ONE STYLE , hope you understand

Post

Had a listen to the first 2 tracks. They lack any kind of personality or finesse imho. They sound like construction kit dance music. Not nearly enough originality or variation.

Post

say there are a bunch of ppl who have money and power and want to keep it that way, why would they want you to have lots of listeners and the ability to influence them, when they can have their own ppl make enough music already?

you can buy in or you can not buy in. make your music abusively dumb, with lots of say sexual or financial desire, to the point that it makes ppl want to rush out and do stupid things, and then you've got something to offer the ppl with the money. then it's in their interest to make you widely heard, when you do something for them.

or maybe it's luck eh.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

Post

well ok thanks for the feedback i will ask you again what tracks you think have personnality?
i mean soundcloud stat shows me that tracks you dont like are actually most liked and played ( in my level some plays not something huge:))

Post

JFYI, clicks aren't likes. Soundcloud isn't Facebook.

You can have 200 clicks and nobody likes it and you can have only 50 clicks and everybody likes it...

@Smartfusion

A simple question: do you feel you are an valuable (but simply unknown) addition to the world of music? Are you sure they waited for you?

I have the feeling you judge yourself a bit too magnificent (derived from your comments about shit audience and shit music in the radio).
