No solution. I've been in touch with KVR and I understand their decision. He's been knocking on their door, but not mine. I'll try to keep you up to date without causing KVR folks to worry. But the situation is still the same.

I seriously don't get it why that guy does not send you the update and that's it. Where is the problem?
You know there are shows on TV where controversial insurance cases etc. are brought to the public, and always the insurance companies pay immediately to avoid more bad publicity. To the contrary, they always act very friendly, say that they are sorry for the misunderstandings etc.

Maybe it would be wise, not to continue any of the discussion about "the issue" in this thread, otherwise there will be no more Cosmosƒ-thread at all, which would be regrettable imo.

If there would be no more interest for cosmos-f (and no threads about it), he finally would have to react and improve his customer service. Keeping quiet won't solve the problem!Sampleconstruct wrote:Maybe it would be wise, not to continue any of the discussion about "the issue" in this thread, otherwise there will be no more Cosmosƒ-thread at all, which would be regrettable imo.

shameful behaviour on the part of the dev. it's a pity KVR caved to pressure to censor your thread which documented your experience.

Well, there is interest for this app, it is interesting after all, so I don't understand your point.Tricky-Loops wrote:If there would be no more interest for cosmos-f (and no threads about it), he finally would have to react and improve his customer service. Unfortunately I can't do this favour to the dev, because he still hasn't given me what I payed for, instead he just sends out threats not to talk about the issue. That's not cool and it makes it pretty clear what's going on. But as I said, I will keep things as KVR-rule conform as I can in the future.Sampleconstruct wrote:Maybe it would be wise, not to continue any of the discussion about "the issue" in this thread, otherwise there will be no more Cosmosƒ-thread at all, which would be regrettable imo.
But also I don't seriously expect any further development in the case anyway. My money is just gone off Istanbul and has probably already turned into shisha smoke and kebab. I'll just have to accept that. Be careful guys.

Monas, a cosmos-f licensee, is being denied access to his product. I think it would be more regrettable if that fact goes unknown. Otherwise we, as a community, are promoting a product by a dev who has it in him to treat customers in such a fashion. If we can't highlight monas experience I don't see why we should also promote cosmos-f at all.Sampleconstruct wrote:Maybe it would be wise, not to continue any of the discussion about "the issue" in this thread, otherwise there will be no more Cosmosƒ-thread at all, which would be regrettable imo.

Oh dear, then just go on bitchin' about it….repeating your case over and over again is a bit over the top imo, it doesn't lead to anything.monas wrote:Unfortunately I can't do this favour to the dev, because he still hasn't given me what I payed for, instead he just sends out threats not to talk about the issue. Indeed,
Google cache never caves in or forgets characters like Sinan Bokesoy.

This thread started as a discussion about the app, not as a promotion. Some users expressed their interest and fascination, others disliked it. Now this thread is just transforming into another Monas-versus-Sinan-thread which I don't understand.ChiTown24 wrote:Monas, a cosmos-f licensee, is being denied access to his product. I'm out of here.
