Ain't possible anymore it seems. I noticed NI dropped support for XP earlier this year, I understand. But dropping it backwards via updates for old products, seems strange and lazy. Maybe it can be tricked.
Bummer. They ain't gonna get me. Never compromise, even in the face of Armageddon.

Points for Microsoft. Thanks will try to fool with it. Simply unpacking the installer with WinRAR works, and DLLs seem to work right out of the box. Lazy.

Yes. Everything works, besides their installer which requires Win7...

Actually installer work too, with a little help from MS Application Verifier.

...or by using Universal Extractor to unpack the installer into usable files.

7zip does the job, BTW...
But, you have to add the entry only once to App. Verifier. Then every time you run the NI installer it simply works.
