anyone owns this card?????

looks like its a new model from m-audio. i was about to but the audiophile 2496, but this one seems better.

I don't own the dio but I own the 2496 and it does it all for me!!

I own the DiO and it's working just fine for me here. It is not a new model and predates the audiophile. The only thing the DiO has over the audiophile is the optical input. I use this for transfering minidisk recordings. The DiO does not have an analog in (you need a separate outboard converter box) or MIDI. Unless you need the optical, you may want to get the audiophile.
