Touch OSC with Windows 7 & Cubase 7 - can someone please help me with questions?

I use Cubase 7 with Windows 7-64bit and just bought Touch OSC to use on my iPad.

1. Other than the editor to create templates, do I need any other software to use Touch OSC with Cubase?

2. One I create a template (or find one on the web), how do I get it onto my iPad to use in Touch OSC?

3. Finally, are there any good places on the web for free Touch OSC templates?

Does Cubase7 understand OSC?

If not, you'll need the MIDI bridge.

Use TouchOSC editor transfer or iTunes.
