Does anyone know of a current link for Vdumper VSTi host?

It dropped off the web some years ago and a link was reposted
on the KVR forum in 2009. Since then that link has died.

Looks to be gone, but have a look at alternatives like arcDev Synthcatcher to sample hardware synths or DiscoDSP Highlife for sampling VSTi's.
