Had the same problem yesterday evening with vault.(computermusic|futuremusic).co.uk . Mailed their support vaultsupport@futurenet.com and got these replies :
Site maintenance was performed on the Vault sites earlier today, which may have caused some access issues during that time.
BTW later I was able to download my two issues yesterday...The Vault team has reset the CM Vault settings so hopefully the content will be available soon (the server cache needs to clear before you'll see a change - this can take anything up to a couple of hours).

Had the same problem and was about to email support when the very last attempt at revisiting the page resulted in different, answerable questions.

The support answered the next day. But I found it today in the spamfolder.
After some trying the next day it worked for me.
Here is the email message:
Hi there,

Please accept our apologies for the confusion and any inconvenience caused.

After some trying the next day it worked for me.

Sorry for the temporary problems with our Vault! It should be working again now.
Regarding the question asking about p105, that's a mistake that I was told had been fixed, but if you're still getting that problem, please PM me and I'll help you out with it.
