Sorry to say that XLN still has not contacted me with product keys even after Soren contacted them two different ways.
They responded they would get my products to me after they were contacted and now they remain silent even after initially responding after some days saying they needed to be contacted.
I guess I have no recourse but to wait some more, but I'm not too hopeful at this point. I think I may have fallen through the cracks.

Still not heard a peep from anyone about SonicCharge Permut8 - I dearly hope this isn't an indicator of dealing with SC, even NI deal with people in a week and their service is crap!

It is, it is. some companies seem to be really slow. Don't know, but i feel support if needed might be slow too. So not only good first impressions.
Finally!

I'm forgetting the obvious though; congrats to Luftrum for organising this and improving the lives of others - ignore my first-world problems as it's trivial living without a plugin when others don't have food & shelter!

I have the PSP effects bundle now and would like to thank PSP for their generous donation.
I have not yet heard from Xils regarding Xils V. I would have liked to have the license for weekend studio time. Oh well.

I almost never go to Facebook unless I have to Like someone to get a freebie, but I thought I would try it to see if I could get a response from XLN and voila!

Agreed, I can't believe greedy paypal made almost a thousand bucks out of a charity.
Next time someone tells me off for using paypal gift, I will remind them of this
Would it really hurt them to have a no fee policy for charity?
They must make tens of millions of pounds every year.

I never knew that a company from my neck of the woods made such awesome plugs/synths!
