Did you try contacting Eduardo's www.samplelibraries.com site?
The way I read the auction post , he donated the instruments off his own bat without Best Service being involved.
I am just guessing, but might be worth a shot?

It seems Sonic Charge distributed the licenses over the last week-end... I've received my Bitspeek RE license Saturday, reminding me how fun this device is!

To be honest, I can't recall that I received any but it might be true. I have searched my entire mail system for any Tracktion related emails but I can't find any serials in there. My PM's are insane (12 pages charity related, many archived) so if I don't know the exact person who send me the serials then it's like finding a needle in a haystack. I wrote their support email today to clarify this.
