I still think it would be great for owners of RC to have access to the betas.
XferRecords has that for owners of Nerve and Cthulhu vsts.

However, it doesn't look like users can login to a user account at MusicDevelopments in order to see betas of RC that could be made available.

We would need a user login system first if there isn't one yet.

November 18th is the release date for the next major update.
I will gladly send the latest beta to full version owners. An e-mail sent to me is enough, right now I don't have time to set up a log-in system...

I might also do a music theory one.... as there's a chapter near the end of the new manual which covers chord theory and stuff.

I went to put the beta dll into my vstplugins folder and found that my old one was gone. Not sure how that happened.

Is the new manual the one that comes with the latest beta?

These should tide you guys over for a bit... only about four days til the big day (and man, I hope no one has any issues... we've busted our butts trying to get all these bugs out, and any installation/permission problems (and thanks to dsan and other forum members who have suggested VERY helpful things!)

I don't have RC yet, I just come and have a look at how it's going. Great videos though, and I'll see after the next update. Support seems to be getting better and I think videos really help.

yeah, the variations and custom phrase creation vids really shows where RC shines.

Similar features in Style Enhancer that I really like but nice to have in a supported and developed program like RC

Thanks for these videos, they help a lot to understand what RC is about.

However, you speak so highly of Melody Generator, that I find now I have to wait for that release before downloading a demo.

Is this something in RC or a separate program? Haven't looked at the videos too much so I'm just wondering.

This is something in only the full version of RapidComposer. It is not available in the LE version or the 2.5 demo (but we may build another demo that has a very limited or timeout version of Melody Generator, but we will not be able to finish that by Monday, when the big update is released and when RC goes on sale again).

In the meantime, lots of videos demonstrating it, especially part 5, and Part 9B I believe (and part 9C)

I don't know his plans, but usually when Attila releases a major update, RC has gone on sale (in the past). Any problems, just email him directly...
