What do you guys do when you cant find that one synth or that one sound you really need for your track or you can't find any ideas for a track/sample at all? This is happening to me right now lol.

I watch videos or play a video game and take the night off.

When intent fails, I experiment. Usually I start tracks with experiments anyway and proceed with "X would sound good with that..." More than half the time, when I'm trying for a particular sound, I hit something more interesting on the way there anyway and I take that path instead.
That's pretty rare for me. The more common scenario is I just don't feel like sitting there doing it, or there's some game or something I would rather play instead. Whenever I'm stuck, I play around with loops and samples, and then I get new ideas...
Watching some older public domain movies can also help to get new inspirations...

I never get those issues with regards to choice of timbre. If I get a traditional writer's block, I might try to play back what I have backwards and get some new ideas from it.
