Hi I bought this on Thursday last week and while the payment via paypal checked ok I didnt receive the presets and "my account" section on the VPS site tells me that I "dont have any downloadable products". It shows the order as "processed".

Where are the presets?

To download, go to your account and click on download, you should see it there.
I went threw all the orders placed on Thursday and many others after, all have the downloads.

If for some reason you still dont find it, email me from our site with your name and order number.
Its difficult to be accurate having only your KVR name.

"threw" is past tense of the verb throw. The preposition you're thinking of is "through" (or "thru", if you're an American).
