How long does it usually take to get your license when you purchase a download from NI?

I got a $25 voucher with Komplete 9, so I bought Skanner XT yesterday, but I haven't received my license yet, just download links.

Isn't their system automated???

Sometime i get it almost instantly, sometime a couple of hour. I think their system is manual.

As big as NI is, couldn't they automate their serial number system for online orders???

It's usually immediate. I used my $25 voucher to buy a Maschine expansion two days ago and received it immediately. I'd contact support if I were you.

They sent my serial this morning before I had a chance to contact them.

Teach me to order on the weekend.

It's kooky. I'd done so much business with them and a HUGE part of it has been very desirable. But they have "delayed" SN's in the past, not really any particular reason. Just some cyber glitch. One time I didn't get a SN. It said "0000-0ect"

They ironed it out quickly enough.
