+1 for the Steinberg UR22, the best usb card in this price range.

if you don t need phantom/HiZ inputs for mic and guitar/bass recording this
internal card with digital in and out is very good (read the reviews)

With the Juli@, as it has TRS, Could you connect a pair of KRKSs to it?

1.- RME if you have the money and need for its features.
2.- MOTU if you are on mac
3.- Steinberg in the 100-400 range
4.- Roland if Steinberg is not avaible
