You know, I was thinking:vurt wrote:hey ill still listen i aint phz
a) in true vurt style, I was in an altered state of consciousness when I made the piece which may explain not paying attention to the rules
b) my favorite vurt songs are not known for being under-two-minutes (I seem to remember a certain 20+ MB download "ssicdanclrexowsilltetlarnefalmvoarcposo" - long in title too!)
c) I imagine vurt says, "rules are for people who want to obey them" or summin' like that.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the piece...

Cool ! mine you can - and have to - hear it really really loud. You™ wrote:Going to go listen to everything really loud while I'm in traffic!
Otherwise you might believe you are hearing the traffic, just a bit louder than usual, or you might think the 17-year cicadas are striking back...

The cicadas are all dying...
But these er, uh, *songs* sounded great on the drive to work. Blended perfectly with the cars, trucks, construction and city noise. I cranked the stereo and had the windows down
Finally music that actually drowns out that incessant subwoofer boom from the other cars!
I'm really impressed with these synths and the uses to which you all put them in your songs.
I wonder how one would go about making a hardware version of the interface... Mercury or Gallium knobs? A synth as dangerous to play as it sounds.

Thanks for this special Synth, vurt, and to the masterbuilder krakli.
Imagine a little cockroach, called Freeedy, got some pocketmoney and it is friday night.
So, what is Freeedy gonna do?
He´s going out to the Cockies Disco, to have some fun.
Listen to the music of Cockies Disco:
Cockies Night
I used only about 4 mini-vurts
and 1 green wah on one track and a bit of CamelPhatFree for mastering.
All done in EnergyXT.

OK, contest over. I declare myself the winner.
Hey guys, it is just me or is the vurtbox (mini, in my case) a real step forward in the world of free VSTi's? I mean, this thing can do amazing stuff and--contrary to what I thought at first--it's really easy to get it to do radically different things than the factory presets even. I'm super busy this month, but I'm dreaming of spending some real time with the MINIvurtbox in the future. It's a new final frontier?!
Whadya think?
Tom

He's never early, he's always late.
The first thing you learn is you always have to wait.
He's got the works, he gives you sweet taste.
But then you gotta split, 'cause you got no time to waste.
