Elektron Analog Keys

Looks like the new Elektron thingy is some kind of analog poly synth
Sounds a bit boring at first, but knowing Elektron, it will probably be awesome nontheless

There is not much info yet, apart from a few tweets from Peter Kirn.

I guess he'll post more info about it on CDM soon.

Interesting. Analog 4 poly keyboard maybe? My main gripes with the Analog 4 are that the main filter's resonance is a bit weird, and the oscillators are a bit rough and ready. Obviously sometimes this is just what you need, but for smooth classic sounds, you have to approach the noisemakers carefully. The modulation is frickin' mental, though.

GREAT sync and AM sounds, though.

Another thing... the dark red legending? Really difficult to read under "mood lighting"

Yeah, I don't think "smooth classic sounds" is what they are aiming for.
It's more like analog synthesis brought to 2013, than constantly trying to get the 80s back
