This has got to be a typo right? Even for the 3rd party soundbanks from providers such as Rob Lee and Aiyn Zahev?

Thanks for the new presets and the update! :D

I'm just wondering about this sentence in the email:

"1. This credit can be used until Jan 1st, 2015"

Didn't you mean 2014? :help:

I am literally blown away by the package of price vs decent cpu usage and amazing presets/expansions and sound quality. . . .
It is a great synth, and a great dev behind it. For a minimal initial investment, I've been treated to regular upgrades and development, as well as free presets.

The sound is great, and the workflow is very easy.

I must confess that I was on the NFR evaluation list for the original Synthmaster years ago, and I was not at all impressed. To the dev's great credit, version 2 is lightyears away from that early version. I bought it (yup, I paid for it) based on the CM freebie/demo version, and I haven't looked back. Excellent.

No there's no typo. But the credit was not for all existing users. It has a formula based on the coupons used (or not used) by the user in past transactions. you know being a IT guy in the past helps in those SQL calculations :D

Well unfortunately there's this perception that quality synths should be sold for $150-200. My business model is somewhat different, but believe me it works :)

Bulent I really think you're underselling both your own plugin AND the work of the sound designers that sell through you.

when you sell stuff that cheap it a) makes it very difficult to sell at full price at other times and b) alienates talented sound designers from providing you with content as over time the majority of their sales will come when you slash prices too low.

You only have to look at the way Waves and EWQL do their business now.

I think what you sell is already more than competitive (as Theo pointed out). The product will sell on merit, not on price (as U-he prove time and time again).

Can the credit be used several times? :?:

No. When you use it, it's value is decreased.

I think the value-add for presets is a brilliant model. Very similar to ROMplers that basically give away the player and charge for the content.

With SM2 you can roll your own or buy great content. I'm glad it's working for you. We all win when that happens.

Great update, and you can NEVER have too many presets! :tu: :hyper:

As to quality - tops. I've deinstalled all but 2 soft synths - Alchemny and Synthmaster. No need for anything else! 8)
