and wait until tomorrow, 50% OFF Thanksgiving Sale is on the way (November 26-December 2)

We haven't forgotten our existing users of course! They'll also receive 30% credit valid for 12 months that they'll be able to use towards purchasing new presets banks for only $1/bank.
IDK, Maybe try logging into your account with your serial number?

I have already done that (and many times before) every time there is an update/download. I don't think there is another way to have the update anyway!

I thought that I might missed something, like additional steps to register somewhere else in the website, but I couldn't find anything else!

Maybe it ignored me because I was a registered user for Synthmaster beat edition before?! Or maybe because of the Academic license? What else? Location? Black list of some kind? what?

I will write email for the support about it. It is good also to test their support which I have never dealt with before ;-) Although it is not good time to do this, they would be busy this period but I will try.

OMG, what's going on?

Here's a clarification on the "Credits":

I have NOT sent out 30% Credit to ALL registered users. There is a "formula", based on the user's transaction history, it's not 30% for everyone:

If user purchased SynthMaster with no discount in the past -> They received 30% credit

If user purchased SynthMaster with 10% discount in the past -> They received 20% credit

If use purchased SynthMaster with 15% discount in the past -> They received 15% credit

If use purchased SynthMaster with 20% discount in the past -> They received 10% credit

If use purchased SynthMaster with 25% discount in the past -> They received 5% credit

If use purchased SynthMaster with 30% discount in the past -> They received NO credit

Now back to business! Time to create tutorial presets + videos, we need those :)

That's better! Thanks!

I've been checking my email and spam folders and haven't received this latest email. How do I fix that?

[edit]
Oh, nevermind. I see the discount structure and I don't qualify, I guess. No worries. The 800 or so presets shipped with the product are more than enough to provide hours of fun. And the prices for new presets certainly don't break the bank.

2 other questions:

1. Are there any preset add on banks that are "must haves?"

2. I just noticed that there is a vocoder component (:dog: I know, right?) in the FX section. Is there a tutorial or vid somewhere that shows how to use this?

Cheers

There is another formula in buying from the SynthMaster site. Go to their soundcloud page first, click the site page from there, enter the coupon code they gave you.

I bought the synth and one bank @ 10% + 25% off.
I bought the 'everything' update @ 10% + 30% off.
I bought the last bank @ 50% + 30% off.

But I haven't seen the extra new sounds yet. Have to look closer for them.
Do they have their own folder or are they listed under the Dev. name?

FYI: All of those discount coupons have been turned off during the sale period.

Do you mean the new factory presets? Their author Ufuk Kevser is listed under the Authors list in the Browser page.

I found them, But there are some sound problems just like others have mentioned (Sine waves in several of the patches).

Have you found the problem with those? (BTW the other glitching, popping and crashing on the Insignia set seems to have gone away by itself, but I didn't spend the same amount of time on it as I did yesterday).

First... I LUV your product and I am getting into it intimately at this point... BIG THANK YOU.

Secondly... AM I crazy? I can't seem to change the lfo speed. No matter what I do the lfo's are a constant. I'm driving myself batty trying to figure this out. :?:

Have you made sure BOTH the modulation amounts are turned up?

Hey thanx...it's like this. I assign lfo 1 to filter 1 and turn up the mod amount in the matrix... cool, it's there. When I turn the lfo speed dial nothing happens tho? I can assign a modulation source (like the mod wheel) to lfo frequency, that works... but I can't just grab the lfo speed dial and turn it The lfo remains a constant. I'm trying to assign a knob from my midi controller to the lfo speed.

Post

Been trying to figure this out for two days and I'm going batty. Got up early this morning thinking about it. Surly no one missed the lfo speed dial not working.... this HAS to be something I'm missing.

Post

Just bought it, what a bargain for what you get... happy to try it out later. :)
