Such feedback may even find the ear of one of the developers if it's stated in a way that makes sense and clearly shows what and why it's important for a large group of potential users, not only you personally.

That is totally valid.
It seems not many people realize how utterly funny some statements are. "I will not wait for Bitwig" was one that had me smiling half a day - pure Zen. Or "I don't trust them since it takes so long". If you think it through, it's completely free of any meaning. Brilliant.
As you know, I tend to fill the void with philosophical thoughts.
Others post Cats, which I personally find totally fine, since it is exactly what it is, fun to while away the time...
So with every posting, everyone of us makes a decision...

Eckhart Tolle is a charlatan and a fraud. But an excellent business man, I'll give him that.
As for Zen, well, Alan Watts taught me everything I know. And he admitted to being a charlatan and a fraud. Except he wasn't. How very Zen of him.
As for the thread:
Just a few people having a bit of fun. You do realise that viral marketing such as this is pretty hard to buy? I don't see anyone insulting or being abusive to Bitwig. Or anyone else. We're just waiting for it to come out so we can buy it. Even us happy Ableton users.
I think that's pretty enlightened.
Anyway, I tell you what, if you have a hotline to the BigWit bods, why don't you ask them if this thread should be deleted, with a ban on any new one in place featuring any cats? Hell, someone could start a poll with 'fish' as one of the options - Should the BitWig thread be deleted with a total ban on any future use of cats OR Fish?
I wonder what they would say.
Me? If biwgit never came out, I couldn't care less. If it ever appears, I'll wait for the bugs to get ironed out and grab it when it comes down in price, like I do with pretty much everything else that I want.
I wish the wibgits all the best. I am happy to wait another year for it, just make sure it is stable and working when it comes out. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they want to do things properly. I can wait quite happily. And just enjoy the kitty porn in the meantime (been a bit lacking in that dept. lately - just sayin').
But something tells me it won't be long now....
