I tried to import an entire piano track from my DAW (Logic) but RC will only play 8 bars of it. Do I need to create the whole song structure to match the track before importing the file? How would RC handle sections that are not in multiples of 4 or 8 bars per line or part?

I'm a bit hyper atm (because of this) so I decided to check the software and manual. Looking at page 9, theres an option for the import to "cut phrases at the end of line". So if yours is set to 8 with this checked then there you have it.

You should be able to import any MIDI files. If you find a MIDI file which is not imported properly, please send it to info at musicdevelopments so that I can have look, and fix it if there is a bug.
