Hello KvR,
We are exploring ideas for a new theme track for the upcoming Bitwig Studio release. We want to enrich our promotional multimedia materials with a unified sonic theme, and are primarily interested in a modern remix/remake of a popular, known song, preferably from the 80s as we think it will fit our overall concept of reinventing the software sequencer, a musical instrument that was invented in that era.
So far we are looking at remixes/remakes of either Neverending Story by Limahl or Road To Nowhere by Talking Heads but we are open to your suggestions, and submissions would be even better. If we are very satisfied with your remix/remake, we will contact you to try and remake your track entirely in Bitwig Studio and feature it as a demo track in the upcoming release.
