Kick - Nicky Romero Artist Edition Kick 2

Post

ANA has a lot more going on than kick that it can be hard to get an idea of its capabilities which is why a demo was appropriate.

with Kick its easy to see what it does / how it sounds etc.

so we have no plans for a demo right now.

The people who have got it so far are raving about it:
Producers the world over have been scrapping their kick drum folder to be replaced with #kick. A defining moment.
This new kick synth by @nickyromero and @SonicAcademy is SICK. So amazing. Kicks revolutionized. Great job guys. #RIPsamples
Just got KICK! This is seriously a game changer, blown away yet again! Thank you @SonicAcademy @nickyromero
Testing out the new #KICKSYNTH plugin by @nickyromero and @SonicAcademy ...awesome! pic.twitter.com/FR2W0cZonp
@SonicAcademy #kick is awesome, I can see this will now be in everything I produce, so easy, so quick

this is what i dreamed of for a long time ;). THE ONLY THING I'd really like to see implemented in a future release is allowing us to route the click and sub separately in our DAW's mixer so we can apply our own favourite distortion on the sub. the Nicky Romero distortion is nice and all but I'd also like to use my favourite bit crusher or eq on the sub and have it not affect the click. I hope this gets implemented in a future release .

I know I can just load two instances of kick and dedicate one of them to sub and one of them to the click and route them like that but its way too inconvenient.

Great idea, everybody will sample the kicks and don't buy the synth anymore ;)

i think you can do this in metrum but will check for you if you'd like?

However, 2 tracks for a kick is surely not that inconvenient is it?
it's also inconvenient working with 2 instances of kick :p

Yeah, sampling kicks from a utoob vid is the right way to sound like Nicky Romero :D
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

well of course it's easy to see what it does and how it sounds, but without a demo we can't get a 'feel' for how it handles..workflow etc or its stability on our systems.

do you offer a refund like certain other non demo devs?

If it does not work on your system we of course offer refunds.

It seems so far to be extremely stable and compatible on both 32/64bit. Its already on a vast number of systems with better than 99.5% success rate.
