Label owners/ A&Rs - Does a short, public soundcloud preview put you off?

Hi,

This question is mainly directed at Label owners and A&R people but anyone with an opinion is welcome to chip in. Just wondering if you receive a demo and the artist has a short public preview on soundcloud (2mins or so) that would put you off release?

I would normally put up a preview prior to sending any demos out but i am increasingly wary that it might put some prospective labels off. Just wondering if anyone has any comments on that?
