Native Instruments Komplete Upgrades *Delayed for weeks*

Was wondering when my Komplete 9 upgrade would show up after ordering it last week. Response, 4-8 weeks.

Just good to know if someone else is wondering.

Also, Native Instruments should spend a little bit more time figuring out how to run an inventory.....

I checked my account, no the Komplete 9 upgrade is not there.

And yes, that would be the today's standard way of upgrading online, DVDs et rest is pretty old-fashioned and this is a good example where it does not work as printing boxes and DVDs takes time compared with uploading the content to a server.

I would even estimate today that it's a break-even proposal to just go over to digital only distribution as printing boxes and shipping them over the oceans cost money. Oh well, one day NI will maybe learn this too.

Yeah, I'm pretty pissed at those guys myself.

No one ever could have seen it coming that you might have to put some more on stock if you started selling them for less, right? Neeever done this before, duh, KOMPLETE surprise.

Placed the order last week, saw the "delivery in 5-7 days" soon afterwards.
Sent a support request to ask "how long roughly" and to get a tracking code, because I'm having trouble here with the delivery guys every now and then - so I paid for Express delivery, that was 20€ on top - just so I could trace the wretched parcel.

No reply at all, not even "hold on, get back to you soon". Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
Strangely, I however DID get replies to my "delete these serials" requests.

So now the "5-7 days" have just about passed, and NOW I get the f*cking eMail telling me that all of a sudden, totally unexpected, and out of nowhere, they ran out. Not last week when they actually ran out - but today, a week later, when I was expecting to get the shipment.

In my eyes, that reads: "thank you for your money, don't dare complain - you got a good deal and we don't care anyway, be glad we sent something out at all, so just wait and shut up, bub".

Now I know why I never got a f*cking answer from them.

I don't mind to wait in the beginning. I ordered mine last week. But when a friend of mine who lives in the same city and ordered the same upgrade 3 days ago receive it today i was really mad, and he also ordered from NI website. So now it's a lucky draw of who can get it earlier instead of first come first served?

I've sent 2 support request questioning them about it today and another one 4 days ago, yet there's no reply. This is stupid. And my friend was a new customer, he only bought komplete 9 and upgrade straight to ultimate 3 days ago (this was his first NI purchase). I'm a long time NI customer, and now i have to wait weeks for it? At least answer my support ticket!

Ugh, when I ordered it, it was 5-7 days as well. But NI is taking forever.
