I don't imply anything, you do... that's why i ask for the evidence your implications are based on.Eagleizer wrote: Because it's no issue anymore, it's not on the first Google page anymore when you
search. Now give me some links for what YOU and others are implying..![]()
So the Propellerhead's forum is down. Post in here if you normally post there.

Agree with this.Eagleizer wrote:As usual, Props do not pay any respect to us users, or even vBulletin.
We, users, have spent a lot of time making the forum what it is today.
Tutorials, solutions.. blablabla.. They have not even stated that they
WILL be up and running again. As for re-designing the forum, they can
do that without taking the "old" one down..

Compensation for what? The forums being down?stroker_ace wrote:The real question is: What will Propellerheads give its users as compensation for this fiasco?
Feeling entitled? I mean, the forum is a nice thing for the community, but we're not paying a subscription for it.

$4,500+?Eagleizer wrote:Discount!stroker_ace wrote:The real question is: What will Propellerheads give its users as compensation for this fiasco?LOL. The biggest fiasco is the EULA about not being able to re-sell RE's. I have spent $4.500+ on RE's for the last 12 months, and I'm now only buying
top notch RE's and what I really need.
So that means Propellerheads have earned at least $1,350+ from your rack extension purchases (30% of your third party rack extension purchases + 100% of your Propellerheads rack extension purchases).
Before rack extensions, it would have taken Propellerheads almost a decade to earn that much from a customer, not counting Reason updates.
I don't know if they even have $1,350 worth of their own refills to sell!
With all due respect, I think the real fiasco is you not taking a stand $4,000 ago. I'm sure you're the rare, rare exception, but that kind of spending wouldn't encourage a company to change their policies any time soon.

Does that mean they've been offline for 4 months? Hopefully it won't take the Props this long to bring PUF back online.
before you post all this shit!

Also wonder where this "The props do not pay respect to us users, as usual" attitude is coming from. Especially when it goes in hand in hand with putting thousands of dollars into their software. I mean
. If you feel that way about a company you better resign from feeding them excessively.

What I get frustrated with is when they won't communicate with us, but I feel kind of dumb about that 30% bashing post I made earlier in the thread. As long as they are investing that money into R&D then more power to 'em.chk071 wrote:Also wonder where this "The props do not pay respect to us users, as usual" attitude is coming from. Let's use Logic , not the software but the déduction talent in all of us
they go early in vacation in December if they do the same every year so they had to work on things like freshing the shop up , Test and Add the new RE's , Plan the sales and etc....
I think all this was a big task so they been thinking (F-word-it) we just get everything ready for vacation and after it we do : support for the new users and getting the forum running again !
I think this is the most logical way to solved this solution of forum security breach for a company of this size and they must feel less stress having taking action insted of waiting after vacation to realised there are many fake accounts or cracks because of a V-bulltin failer !
but anyway I guess they will open it again because if users do a real forum to replace the OG one they will have zero control on it wich should not sound so good for them .
so I think by mid Jan or feb we will have it back no matter what they been thinking or doing because they dont whant to loose it .
