Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

It does beg the question though of the possibility of those trolls actually being part of the work force of IKM to create controversy for them to play off.

As was said in Hollywood so many decades ago, "There is no such thing as bad publicity."

If we suddenly found out that the trolls were also IKM, that would be my greatest disappointment with the company.
I haven't seen anything other than the usual KVR stuff.

I haven't really seen anyone really complain since well before I was in the thread too. That was a while ago.

I was thinking about starting a separate thread about what I thought about SampleTank, but I figured I'd post it all here and keep the conversation alive and positive. :hihi:

41 pages is a lot to sort through, so it's also understandable that questions/complaints become redundant.

But I guess...

For all you know...

I could be working for IKM! :-o (I am available for hire, Peter. :singer:)

Starting a new thread IS the bait for the redundant trollings.

Glad you figured that out before doing it.
Keep it positve, try not to feed them. (They feed themselves well enough without anyone's help.)

For sure.

I didn't mean for anyone to interpret anything I said as complaining either.

I'm very eager to help. Sometimes I can be a handful. I don't mean to upset anyone. :hihi:

But just for the record: I'm pretty sure Peter's not sitting there with an earbud in his ear, or hooked up the IK hivemind.

Peter: "This is Fox, over."

IKM: "Copy that, Fox. This is Eagle."

Peter: "They're complaining about the GUI again, over."

IKM: "Keep cool, Fox. Just tell them it'll be changed next version. Make sure to lie to them because we don't want our business to succeed in any way."

Peter: "Roger that, Eagle. <typetypetypetypetype>"

Peter - perhaps I missed it somehwere in this thread. If so, sorry to bother you. I am wondering if ST3 will be VST 3, or better yet, will it be VST 3.5?

Thanks for any insight.

Happy Musiking!

Hmm....

If there's going to be bright background and small dark font again I really hope they'll make it possible to customize that!!!

@SJ_Digriz - Just wait until you see the upgrade pricing I've requested they set just for you and you may end up changing your tune. Please give me your account details so I can arrange the worst possible upgrade path based a day or two beyond your original registration date :)
who says you guys don't have prompt and concise customer service :hihi:

Not even remotely. We have our company affiliation directly in our usernames, anybody else is not employed by IK. I don't know where this would have come from, as KVR is pretty quick to identify sock puppets and IK reps wear their affiliation on their sleeve (and/or username) at all times. There are a few here who know me in real life and know I wouldn't be part of that.

All of the other snapshots have been from the GUI too (there have been eight so far, including the above).

Aside from my abundance of hair that I'm very happy to have beyond 40 years of age, and the implication that I'm the head honcho (would be nice!) I have to say: EXCELLENT.
