btw, i have absolutely no issue with bitwig taking as long as it takes. id rather wait and get a fully working version, than have them rush to release a bugged out version.

but that god fella only took 6 days to create everything, admittedly it could do with an upgrade or two.

Well, there were also reports that those "6 days" may have been whitewashed a tiny bit
Turned out it was closer to several billion years...

I'm sorry, but they only released 16 studio albums.LawrenceF wrote:Lot's wife is a figure first mentioned in Genesis 19.Ogopogo wrote:^Yes, the correct spelling has no apostrophe.

I looked that up, and it's pretty cool. Organ sounds are really nice and organic. Ty.ThomasHelzle wrote: A step modulator in Chromaphone?

I wish BITWIG would have started with developing the Windows version first, and then move on to Mac, and Linux versions of Bitwig Studio, it might have been released this summer already.
Coding for three OS's simultaneously might be one of the key factors for the amount of time it's taking them to release it.

You're right. They definitely should've started with the Mac version first, then moved on to Windows and Linux.Muziksculp wrote:I wish BITWIG would have started with developing the Windows version first, and then move on to Mac, and Linux versions of Bitwig Studio, it might have been released this summer already. Or maybe if it debuted on windows and mac together and then linux, it wouldn't actually trouble too many people. But I'd guess writing it for all of them at once is the best way to make sure everything works across each platform.

Yeah, I think they are writing one code, than pasting it within a custom framework for every platform. Also, I may have no idea what I'm talking about.Ogopogo wrote:But I'd guess writing it for all of them at once is the best way to make sure everything works across each platform.

I know almost as much as you, but I got the same idea they are doing something like that.3ee wrote:Yeah, I think they are writing one code, than pasting it within a custom framework for every platform. Also, I may have no idea what I'm talking about.Ogopogo wrote:But I'd guess writing it for all of them at once is the best way to make sure everything works across each platform.
