Haven't heard anything new that grabbed me in 2013. Been buying lots of 70's dub.

Getting old or something as favourites are all acts I was listening too 15-20 years ago: grant hart, nick cave, sigur ros, low, boards of canada...

liked the john hopkins lp overall, not convinced by the... wheeziness of his beats. Think I preferred the Holden album which was pretty smart.

favourite 'pop' song was janelle monaes 'dance apocalyptic'. Corker for sure.

It occurs to me that several of my favorite recent albums were from 2012, bought in December or later after looking at "Best of 2012" lists.

What I want to see is a list of the best "Best Albums of 2013" lists.
