Himalaya and xenos especially for VS1, tassman, Z3ta, etc...
The best presets for rock are the Nori classic rock presets for synthmaster and the classic rock presets in OBX player.
Z3ta has a ton as does Rapture if you were fortunate to get those on sale or free
Z3ta 2 is worth getting if you are using sonar because it is cheaper for sonar users. Rapture is going to be free in the next CM magazine from what I have read here so keep an eye out for that.
That will be the best free synth on the market when they do that and probably the subject of an OSC soon to follow.

Arksun, Luftrum, and Himalaya make my favorite presets.
Audio Mind Project, Waveformless, Aiyn Zahev, Xenos, and Monomo Sound are also great.

I agree on those already mentioned, especially Himalaya and Bigtone.
I would add EDT Audio, which is one my favourite sound designers; he created fantastic preset sounds for Crisalys and for the latest Tone2 synths.
As always I would like to remember Tim Conrardy (RIP), his presets has been a great source of inspiration for me!
