It seems I have to reset my MIDI controller several times & sometimes the audio interface also, every time I start RC. Also, there is no sound if I play my MIDI keyboard unless the host program (Logic 9) is running.

Maybe it could be a problem with the keyboard, an M-Audio Axiom Pro?
