Rather tasty new demo track for the Massive soundset from Humankind, by Jonathan Sharp.

I'm going to buy the Absynth one next week when I get my next paycheck.

Post

Black Friday wrecked me financially lol but I'm hoping to get these by the end of the month.

Post

They'll be around until the 7th of January. :)

Althoough they are then gone forever!

Post

Bough the Omnisphere and Trilian sound sets. Great concept - you get some excellent sounds, and you do something good at the same time. :-)

You're a good guy Matt... I hope your campaign raises a lot of funds

Thank you and much hope for your charity.

Cheers BBFG#. I hope you enjoy them!

Going up to install them today, I'm sure I will enjoy them.

Really think highly of this charity so far too.
(And I've recently become disillusioned with quite a few).

Yeah, it can genuinely be quite difficult to know who to support. New charities pop all the time and seem to be competing with each other, some have dodgy methods, others turn out to be practically entirely fake. It's a weird world.

I know Oxfam's work because a couple of friends work for them, so I've seen the difference they make first-hand, which is lovely. And it's not just about aid, they also invest heavily in supporting education, infrastructure and health care.

Anyway...

I am delighted to announce that so far, after a week of Humankind being on sale, you have helped me raise over £1,900.

This is fantastic. Thank you so much.

Please, if you haven't grabbed anything so far, help me towards an even bigger target if you can.

Many thanks again for your support.

It's some of the older ones I don't do anymore. After hearing about the Susan Koman thing about how much she pays herself and operating costs and finding out that the 'walks & luminarias' we were doing had operating overheads around 85%, we stopped doing or supporting them. Not a popular decision to make, but we tell people these facts and suggest they instead send their money straight to cancer research. Depending on the country, it's often not good to give to Red Cross anymore because the shipments are regularly hijacked by the dictators and black marketeers. And we've seen the truth revealed from this, people don't want to help, they want to make a show to assuage some form of guilt. They'd rather not send money if no one can see them do it or find out if it actually goes where it's said it's suppose to go.

But yeah, I've really gotten to the point were I find myself singing the John Lennon Revolution line when people ask for donations, and do check them out first. This one seems pretty cool.

Hope to hear more about them.

Just purchased, haven't even gotten to trying out the sounds.
