I'm based in France so all my prices are in euros.
However, this might not be the best currency to sell stuff online since most people have to do a mental conversion.
Since e-junkie, which I use to process orders, does not allow multiple currencies for the same product, do you think I should switch my prices to USD?
Thanks for your input.

I'll give this a small bump in the hope of getting more significant poll results.
Thanks to the few who have voted so far.
For the others, it doesn't take much to cast an anonymous vote ...

i said USD because it's cheaper for me than EUR atm. could be different one day..

ps. afair didn't you changed to USD in the past and back to EUR?
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Well, it wouldn't really be cheaper, it would just be the equivalent price in USD.

I did for about a month in May and changed back to EUR because at the time, I had to report every euro to the taxman. Now, I'm in a looser system and close approximation is fine so finally deciding for USD wouldn't be a problem.

okay, thats a good thing because it's fair. i'm so used by NI where they only change the currency and leave the price the same.

+1

Dollar usually means cheaper. No VAT.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I'm in Spain so I prefer prices in euro or bitcoins ;)

I'm in Berlin. Sometimes you can use a fake US adress to get the possibility to pay in $ which sometimes makes things cheaper.

What kind of poll is this? Choice between "Best" and "OK"?

About the topic: not a real drama, but it would be nice to avoid the hassle of doing the exchange calculation every time we check on everything.
Eventually something intelligent will appear written here. Watch this space.

Thanks everyone for the input.

I hadn't thought of that. Interesting point.

This is definitely not happening.

What I mean that "do prices in USD give you a better idea of the value of a product?" but once again, it might not be an interesting question.

This is why I'll probably switch to USD once and for all.
