What's good everybody. Right now, I'm a new producer. I have a Pretty big song out with a popular artist. I got a email the other day from a Guy from Atlantic Records that wants to fly me to NY & talk about a publishing deal. With a publishing deal, do you get paid a certian amount and they get money whenever you do any other record? What's the lowest I should take and percentage? Also he said the labels are closed right now when do they open back up? And what are quarters? I know I need to learn and get a manager but I wanna have some basic knowledge.
