newbie here looking at tracktion latest version for windows 7 64bit as gathered some info its the easiest of the lot for intuitive use and simple interface. any help/advice appreciated
1.is it compatible with focusrite usb audio interfaces?
2.which other usb audio interfaces (with midi) is tracktion compatible with, which are low end priced. Eg M Audio M Track 2, Steinberg UR22.
would there be any problem using a korg triton extreme and korg karma triton software with it anyone know?
Also sorry to ask but on tracktion itself;
3.how many 3rd party VST's can be used? (how many)
4. how many external synths can be used? (how many)
thanks!

I don't see why these interfaces should not be compatible. As long as there is an ASIO driver it should work. But even then there's Asio4All to the rescue.
Same for the VSTs, it should just work. Afaik there's no limit on the amount, so you get as many as you want!
And that goes for all DAWs, not only Tracktion. ASIO and VST are industry standards.
