"I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms"

If it's a unregistered (TM) or registered trade mark (R), you cannot use this name legally (without license)...

If you call it "Star Track", probably there won't be any problem. At least as long as this company doesn't sue you:

Paramount would like to speak with you.
Why don't you try calling it Star Wars instead?

I'm changing my name to Blockbusters. At the end of every one of my tracks, I'll have a sample of Bob Holness saying "That's Blockbusters!". Only in my Blockbusters timeline he'll be called Bob Wholeness and will be God Incarnate and able to shoot lightning from his eyes.

Would be interesting to see what happens if I'd found a death metal band with the name "Airbus" and publish a song with the title "Crashing planes"...

But seriously, it doesnt matter that ones a movie and the other is music. The band Green Jelly were originally Green Jello (slightly different than Jell-o), and were forced to change it, thats food to music, even further than movie to music.

There was a punk band in Sweden called John Lennon. Apparently that didn't go down too well so they renamed themselves John Lenin instead. Someone who bought tickets complained that it wasn't the real John Lennon. Problem was the concert was in -84.
