hi, I bought CDXtract4 yonks ago. I've now changed computer and while I have the authorization code etc I don't have the installer, plus my usual password doesn't seem to work and now have a new e-mail so asking for a password reset won't get me anywhere.
It seems the installer on the website is for the demo only - there is no way of unlocking it with the authorisatio9n codes.
I've written to them twice, last time about 2 weeks ago. I saw a thread from 2010 asking if they were still active but as site is still up including a shop I'm assuming it is.
any ideas anyone?

yes, but the e-mail address I used when I bought it was associated with a domain I gave up years ago.

In case someone will have the same problem in the future: You now can switch the login screen and log in with the email address and the license key. No request for a password needed. Happy converting! HTH
