do your updates also affect Ableton's Live9 Glue-compressor?
No.

I haven't updated the core algorithm or sound, the updates I've been releasing have been bug fixes for the more advanced oversampling engine in the plugin version.

I quick update. I'm working hard on the AAX Native version (which involves re-coding my entire copy protection and distribution system), and also adding VST3 support, and writing installers. The AAX Native and VST3 versions are a free update for all customers.

Yep, right after the AAX version is done and I finish The Drop I'll begin work on an update to The Glue.

No too much longer now before I can release an AAX 32-bit and 64-bit, but please hold off till they are done if you require AAX support.

Quick question Andy. Is there a way to listen to the SC highpass filter somehow? I recently tried out Ableton Live 9 and notice that you can listen to the sidechain filter there, but not in the standalone version.

Thanks heaps! :)

There is no way to listen to what you are sending to the sidechain on The Glue at all, with or without the filter. There is scope for adding such a feature in the future which will coincide with some extra routing options I am considering to make bouncing stems easier.

Nice one, thanks heaps. This is by no means a big issue for me, but is a nice to have :)

Keep up the great work mate!

Thanks to everyone that voted (completely un-prompted or encouraged by me at all) in the in 2013 KVR Readers Awards, The Glue, which was released 5 years ago, has won the "Best Dynamics Effect Plug-in"!

Also congratulations to friends Valhalla DSP for winning "Best Reverb Plugin" and "Best Overall Effect Plug-in" for their Valhalla Room and Vingate Reverb plugins respectively, and also to friends U-He for winning "Best Overall Instrument Plug-in" and "Best Synth Plug-in" with Zebra, and "Best Analog-Modeled Instrument Plug-in" with Diva.

I will be offering discounts to existing customers on The Drop (when it is ready!), and I will also offer the same total discount saving to new customers if they buy both The Glue and The Drop at once.
Just a thought.

Does it also trigger a discount if you have bought The Drop first, and then later wants to buy The Glue?
I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies.
