Been waiting for this, there was a very tiny snippet of the gui on GS months ago. I really like the Kush plugins, once you learn how to use them and behavior, they deliver great results.
Cant wait to demo.

I think the GUI is hideous but the idea is great. Nice to see software that isn't just imitating some specific piece of hardware.
It remains fascinating that gear makers worked as hard as they could to minimize distortion, and now the distortion is the thing we are trying to re-introduce

Looks like something out of a Manga cartoon. Cautious of "never before heard" statements. But pretty interested to hear it none the less!
As to the statement above, I am convinced distortion is a really important, maybe even integral part of music.

I agree about distortion, but the thing that made hi end hardware "hi end" back in the day was the great lengths they went to to minimize distortion. Now we pay thousands of dollars for exactly the qualities people used to spend thousands of dollars to minimize.

We're striving for control over distortion. The ability to choose where and how much is introduced in the mix.momalle3 wrote:Aiynzahev wrote:Looks like something out of a Manga cartoon. Cautious of "never before heard" statements. But pretty interested to hear it none the less!
