Maybe it's sending aftertouch on a note by note basis, and your synth is expecting channel aftertouch (or vice versa)? I agree with the idea of using MIDI-OX to monitor the output, to make sure of exactly what's coming out of the keyboard.jdg wrote:can't get aftertouch to work ..![]()

I carefully looked at the MIDI implementation chart, and there is no mention of aftertouch. It would seem that the keyboard isn't setup to transmit aftertouch of any kind, not even the bandwidth friendly channel aftertouch, but as a perverse sort of consolation, it does flood your MIDI stream with active sense transmissions.Raven wrote:the PDF manual is freely available here >>>

I did an Adobe acrobat reader 'Find' for aftertouch
and it reported "no occurrences of aftertouch found
in this document"
