Hi Gang,

I'm not familiar with the process of buying a 2nd hand NI license so can you folks tell me approximately how long the process takes? Do NI work on weekends?

my experience has been generally very good, with the exception of the period from black friday till a little into the new year. i can give them a pass for that though, especially as i have never had an issue with the manner in which they communicate. that they operate a no-fee, zero-questions-asked resale/rebuy policy is another reason i will always give them time to do what they need to

took me a few days to transfer.
make sure you copy the serials before you email them. i didnt and then after asking how i went about doing the transfer, they deleted them.
i replied again explaiing id not copied them and within an hour they sent me the serials to pass on.
theyre pretty nippy to be honest, considering the shit they get.

not sure about weekends though sorry.

When I sold my Reaktor license last fall, it took a couple of days from I contacted them about releasing it from my profile, until I got feedback from them that it had been done.

They probably do not work weekends, especially not with this kind of support.

They're very good mate.
Should be less than a week.

Mine took a bit over two weeks and that was over Xmas and after their massive sale AND me giving them wrong info the first time.
