Hi friends,
I have a situation at hand...and I need your help deciding.
Yamaha's Motif ES7, Roland FantomX 7 or Korg's Triton Le?
Also...thinking of getting a digital mixer...Yamaha's 01x.
And also...Keyboard Pro-88 for the weighted key feature.
Here's the question...I have about $3000 to spend...but if I get all these three e.g., Motif, 01x and KeyStation pro-88...I'll be running a little over.
Here's the first set up I'm thinking about:
01x with the Keystation Pro-88. This gives me a "recording" setup and the weighted keyboard.
2nd set up:
Motif ES7 (so that I can also bring it on the road to play) and Keystation Pro-88 for home (does the sliders control the mixer, say, in Cubase?)
3rd set up:
Korg's Triton LE88. This gives me weighted keys and the option to bring in on the road to play)
4th set up:
Just the KeyStation Pro-88. Wait a little to get a 76 keys keyboard.
OK, can you think of anything else?
Sorry for the long message. If you could talk me into/out of buying any of these products, I'd really much appreciate it!
Patrick
P.S. What I mean "on the road" is to be able to bring it to different churches and play. I'm one of the keyboard player in a band.

As this is off-topic I say spend some of the money on a life size model of Ronald Reagan, some red bull, some astrology and other remco style bollocks, a trip to Euro 2004, and whatevers left on booze and weed.
