i checked their FAQ but somehow couldnt find it? hmmmmm, can someone let me know cause i wanna sell a product if i dont like it

Doesn't look like it (even though they are iLok-protected), taken from one of the User Guides:

UVI, brand (UVI) grants to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, a non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use each authorized copy of the enclosed Product.

The enclosed product is the property of UVI and is licensed to you only for use as part of a musical performance, live or recorded. This license expressly forbids resale or other distribution of the sounds and software included in the Product or their derivatives, either as they exist on disc, reformatted for use in another digital sampler, or mixed, combined, filtered, resynthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multisounds, samples, multisamples, wavetables, programs or patches in a sampler, microchip or any hardware or software sample playback device.

You cannot sell the Product content or give it away for use by others in their sampling or sample playback devices.

thanks a lot ok strange cause i saw people here selling some libraries?

If you open a "one-off" account, would be theoretically possible to resell it by selling your whole account, as UVI offer cloud storage for all their files now.

The iLok licence can be transferred as long as the new user got an iLok too, but have a look at the requirements here: https://www.ilok.com/helplicenses.html

It is, you need to have the iLok manager program installed to tie your installation to your computer, IIRC.

They are re-sellable. I've done it a couple of times. Unless something has changed in the last few months, you simply have to transfer it via iLok. Next write UVI to manually notify iLok. Not a big deal. Hope this helps.

thanks a lot! they dont require the dongle anymore so im asking myself how it is if you tie it to your pc .
