Is there a wav to soundfont converter? Or at least some software that can auto tune key mappings and pitch?

Not SF2 but you can use HighLife to load a WAV file, map it and export to SFZ.

Any SFZ player and a one line text file saying
sample=mySampleName.wav
will do it.
sample=mySampleName.wav
will do it.

+1000 to those who said use SFZ instead of SF2; There are SFZ editors out there, or you could even create an SFZ file in notepad or any other text editor...
Are you saying you want something that detects the pitch and automatically maps it to a key? I don't know of anything that does, the problem with detecting pitch is that it's often not accurate a significant portion of the time...Or at least some software that can auto tune key mappings and pitch?

sfzed works like a charm and has a pretty decent auto-detect. But it can be an octave off.
