IMap drum map and Cakewalk

Does anyone have a map of the Imap drums?

How about a Cakewalk .CAL or custom drum map to translate from GM drums to Imap.

I just purchased ST2 Acoustic Drums. Sounds great, but I can't use it until I figure out how to do this conversion.
