I'm considering purchasing this, but I'd really like to see a list of the 600 presets and more importantly, who designed each one before I do. Anyone seen that yet?

Those 600 presets are selected from SynthMaster's factory library. 150 of them are already free with the Player Free. Listen to our factory preset audio demos if you'd like to get a feel of how they sound.

The authors are:

Aiyn Zahev
BigTone
Frank 'Xenox' Neumann
Michale Kastrup
Nori Ubukata
Rob Lee
Umit 'Insigna' Uy
Ufuk Kevser
Teoman Pasinlioglu

That's an impressive list Bulent, some really great presets in there

The Synthmaster Player is a definite no-brainer, 600 presets for $19?
There are some synths out there with 100 or so presets in them and cost much more.

I want to know the percentage each sound designer gets in the other 450. Some sound designers' work is more useful to me than others.

I would purchase but the beta was unstable on Studio One 2.6.2 and Tracktion 5. I run Windows XP Home SP3.

not sure i've got the hang of the browser in this.. how do you turn off preset filtering so you can see all the presets .. it seems a bit convoluted otherwise

oh ok they all are there when you load the plugin i think.. but once you start filtering how do you get back to the full list?

just click on the selected filters, they'll toggle. so you'd want a button which resets all to initial state ? I think that can be added, next to the search button.

I was comparing SynthmasterFree Beta and Synthmaster Demo,
Free version used much more CPU than Demo In Reaper!

Why is that?

If you've installed the Alpha version before , please delete the configuration file at:

<my documents folder>\SynthMaster\Config\SynthMasterConfig.txt

In that version the default value of "Global Engine Quality" was incorrectly set to "Best"
If you delete the config of change the global engine quality to draft CPU usages will be the SAME.

Ok, Now It works!

By the way, how many presets are there in demo version?

I definitely at least buy synthmaster player with 600 presets
and maybe som more preset packs !

Based on demos, Big Tone, Michael Kastrup and Nori's Art
Rock Basics/Sounds of the World expansions are
my favourites.
