A Jammers forum?

Recently I became a member of acoustica's forum as I've also just recenty aquired mixcraft. They have a collaborations forum which... is sparsley populated. I've already contributed by laying down tracks for someone else's initial project and I've created a few of my own.

The process is fairly simple for musicians. One person does the heavy lifting by laying down some basic tracks (drums bass and other instrument or more the the rest are encouraged to "jam" or improvise over the piece.

I'm curious if any of you are aware of such online collaborations forums where this goes on. Preferably where people can actually read chord charts and jam accordingly.
