I downloaded the SliceX demo, and wanted to check out the "play to end" script I saw mentioned in a tutorial.

From the manual:
Run script - Opens a menu containing the list of available scripts

However, when I click on the "Run script" button nothing happens.
Same when I click on "Tools", I see the "Run script" entry but no available scripts.

Any help ?

Downloaded, cause I'm interested too.

when I load a sample, mark a region and run the script, then right click it plays the scripted region to the end.

In the script I choose Selection: yes.

Did I understand your problem right?

Edit: just saw that in your screenshot there is the arrow missing next to "Run script" where you can chose the scripts.

Over the editor timeline do you have an option called "Run"? You can also chose the scripts there.

Maybe you try out the fl studio demo, cause I did.

Exactly, that"s the problem.
Strange thing is, I know the factory scripts have been installed, because I can browse them in Windows explorer.

You mean the button ? Yes, I have it, but when I click on it nothing happens. I see the "Run script" there, but no scripts to choose from, same as above.

Maybe you try out the fl studio demo, cause I did.

Does that mean you tried the version that comes with FL studio ?

I tried VST version with another host (Reaper), maybe that"s the difference.

Do you have a chance to also try the VST version with another host and see if you can run scripts there ?

Actually, same thing happens in the standalone version that comes with the demo, can"t load scripts there either, so certainly not a host problem.

OK, I installed reaper and the demo version of slicex. I cannot chose the scripts anymore. WTF??

I think it's not a demo limitation because I also used the demo of FL Studio and there you can use the scripts.

Maybe you post it in the image line forum here. They can tell you if it's a bug or something else.
